Place 

Wellness Helps is dedicated to advocating and supporting the wellbeing of our campus group – college students, employees, and college. Our program actions, providers, and initiatives are designed to contribute to a tradition of wellness on the College of Alberta whereby members of the campus group work collectively to prioritize wellness in campus insurance policies, practices, and programming. The unit has three major capabilities that embrace providing 1:1 scholar help, coaching and capability constructing round matters of psychological well being, and implementing programming and occasions that improve wellness on our campus.     

Reporting to the Social Employee Group Lead, the Social Employee is an integral member of the Wellness Helps staff.  The Social Employee makes use of a case administration method to offer these U of A college students coping with psychological well being considerations and different complicated challenges with fast entry to an preliminary evaluation and navigation to acceptable assets, no matter their severity.
