The
NAIT Centre for Boreal Analysis is recruiting science-minded college students to work
on utilized analysis initiatives within the Plant and Seed Know-how Entry Centre
(TAC) within the Peace River space. The Plant and Seed TAC develops methods and

reclamation and reforestation. College students will likely be supporting numerous initiatives in

NOTE:

Key
Duties:

• Conduct seed assortment within the area.
• Conduct seed extraction, storage and germination testing.
• Help researchers in seed enhancement experiments.
• Help researchers in greenhouse experiments (plant propagation and

• Experimental plot setup and tree measurements.

& Skills:

• Eager curiosity in native boreal crops and seeds.
• Primary plant identification expertise.
• Primary information of nurseries and/or gardening.
