Our client, a staffing leader that deals with large events, is looking for Forklift Operators for a special one-day assignment!
Benefits to you:

- Work with a professional event setup and tear-down crew
Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance forklift to safely load and unload equipment, staging components, lighting, and sound equipment
- Transport large equipment carriers, road cases, and totes between loading docks
- Assist with the post-event tear down and removal of concert staging and production equipment
- Ensure all equipment is handled carefully to prevent damage during loading and transportation
- Follow load plans and supervisor instructions to ensure efficient truck loading
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns
- Maintain a safe work environment while following all site and event safety protocols
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
- 1-2 years of Forklift Operation experience (Counterbalance)
- PPE Required: Hard hat, steel toe boots, high visibility vest, safety gloves
- Previous experience loading and unloading large trailers and transport trucks
- Strong awareness of workplace safety procedures
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs
Bonus Qualifications:
- Valid Reach Forklift License (asset)
- Previous experience supporting concerts, festivals, live events, or stage productions (asset)
- Experience loading road cases, staging equipment, lighting systems, or audio equipment (asset)
Compensation and Hours:
- Wednesday: 10:00pm to 5:00am (possibility of longer shift)
- Pay rate: $26 per hour
