Data Operations Associate (4-month contract/Summer Student/Co-op)

 The Knowledge Operations Affiliate will assist to add information into our CRM. The aim of that is to assist to allow our Gross sales/Advertising prospecting and to achieve out to potential shoppers.

We want a Knowledge Operations Affiliate who will:

• Apply information high quality strategies to deduplicate, clear, match, merge, and add gross sales contacts into Salesforce
• Use instruments like Salesforce, Demand Instruments, and others as wanted

There could also be some alternative to do the next duties: 

• Develop documentation associated to Gross sales/Advertising Operations in Confluence 
• Administration of Gross sales/Advertising Tech stack like Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom Information
• Creating necessities and gathering documentation associated to optimization of workflows 
• Report Growth: Design & develop studies, dashboards & alerts in Salesforce or Tableau
• Assist in different information actions associated to the Information & Analytics group
