Warehouse & First Aid Instructor Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse and Instructor Support person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building first aid kits, packing orders, ordering supplies and course materials, and providing support as needed to sales staff and instructors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best products and services possible.

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble first aid kits according to established procedures
• Pack orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
• Order supplies and course materials as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate supplies are on hand
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of the warehouse
• Provide support to sales and instructors as needed
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment centre an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of first aid supplies and kits preferred

Hours are flexible – looking for availability at least 40 hours a week. Weekdays and/or weekends possible.
