This role is a part-time contract, consisting of 10-hours weekly, and will be on campus.Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining the three studios and the Film Lab, ensuring they are clean and organizedAssisting with and numbering of Film Lab equipmentOrdering office supplies and art materials, consulting with the Coordinator, Visual Arts & Film as neededAssisting with the removal of old artwork and the displaying of new ones, particularly during the art exhibitionDocumenting and photographing student artwork at the end of each unitKeeping materials and equipment organized and properly storedBeing available to assist teachers with kits for specific units (e.g. sewing, sculpting, design)Candidate Profile:Related post-secondary education or training (completed or in progress) in arts, with completion of lab technician courses or equivalent is a strong assetWHMIS training is considered a strong assetStrong organizational and communication skillsAble to understand and execute on instructions and directionDemonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite applications and comfortable with accessing online databases and information when requiredWhy Join Branksome Hall:Joining Branksome Hall will change your life.
