310T Truck and Trailer Technician / Mechanic – Amazing Career Opportunity!

This is a full-time permanent position. There is a 6-week rotation which consists of 5 weeks of day-shift followed by one week of afternoon-shift plus a few on-call shifts. The hourly rate ranges from $37- $43 per hour, and we pay overtime after 40 hours. You’ll be paid door to door from the time you leave your home until you arrive back home at night. We offer bonuses, a generous group benefits package, and a group RRSP program. Your uniform, boots and seasonal apparel will be provided for you. We take care of our people!

The Position
In this role you’ll never know what to expect when you get in your service truck at the start of the day. Every day is different, and the variety of customers and repairs will give you the opportunity to effectively grow and sharpen your mechanical skills. You’ll be fielding service calls in southern Ontario. You’ll be repairing trucks and trailers wherever they break down. You’ll start your day from your driveway in one of our service trucks–checking in with our operations manager before starting your day. You’ll work independently and get paid door to door.
Our 310T technicians have access to a knowledgeable team without having to worry about shop politics. We have a highly skilled team, and they’re just a phone call away. Both the operations manager and the company owner are licensed technicians.
Qualifications
· 310T licensed truck and coach technician
· Valid driver’s license
· Excellent diagnostic skills
· Mobile repair experience is an asset
