Auxita is a secure digital platform that works across a number of therapeutic areas to support enrollment into Patient Support Programs, and the complete digitization of the prior authorization processes, with the goal of helping Health Care Providers and clinics, save time, reduce errors and alleviate administrative burden.

The Training and Implementation Specialist is primarily responsible for onboarding new customers to the Auxita platform. Onboarding includes user account setup, workflow analysis and user training. You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers as they learn to use existing features and adopt new ones. You will collaborate closely with other teams such as Product, Sales and Marketing and Customer Support to ensure information is accurate, clear and concise. This position combines a passion for creating engaging learning experiences with excellent time management and collaboration skills.


Responsibilities

  • Have an in-depth understanding of the Auxita platform
  • Work directly with our customers to tailor their onboarding experience
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding training sessions over MS Teams
  • Create and maintain training material to support onboarding, including but not limited to: text training guides, videos, salesforce knowledge articles, etc.
  • Monitor and track customer adoption analytics and other onboarding metrics
  • Update customer records in our CRM to reflect new information and onboarding details
  • Support the Sales team in demos of the Auxita platform

Requirements

  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering adult education material
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a training role at a software company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand and teach tech concepts
  • Comfortability speaking in front of large and small groups, virtually or in-person
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills, including, active listening
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve autonomously
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare landscape an asset
  • Ability to communicate in both English and French is an asset
