This position will support EPRA with a variety of activities involving maintaining and monitoring EPRA’s desktop IT systems and providing direct support to employees. The ideal candidate will be able to solve technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their IT needs as outlined below. In addition, the incumbent will provide business analysis support as required in support of company projects and initiatives which may include new technology and systems implementation. A recent post-secondary graduate with a combination of relevant academic and work experience, combined with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves and learn the required tasks at hand would be a good fit. We require a quick learner who is system/tech savvy with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The successful individual will be dealing with service providers and all levels of company staff, so must be able to speak clearly and concisely, professionally representing the company, and building positive relationships.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

● Install, configure, update and maintain IT desktop systems

● Troubleshoot and resolve issues with various systems and networking equipment.

● Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns.

● Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.

● Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.

● Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.

● Perform asset management and establish accounts and hardware for new employees.

● Test, evaluate, and assist with decision making process about new technology for the business.

● Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements

● Administrative and support functions as required

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

● Degree/Diploma in business, computer science or a related field involving data management/analysis and/or technology

● Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a technical support role

● Experience with Windows 11, Azure AD/Endpoint Manager, GCP, and Google Workspace

● Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications

● Working knowledge of basic networking

● Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion

● Analytical skills to study problems, identify and record solutions

● Excellent organizational and documentation skills

● Team-oriented attitude to help colleagues with technical problems

● Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

● Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize between multiple projects

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Currently all employees are double vaccinated, wear masks when moving around the office, and are surrounded by plexiglass dividers. Stringent cleaning protocols are in place. We are working in a hybrid model, combining work from home with in-office.
