Job Description
WHATS THE JOB?
As the Technology Solutions Manager , reporting to the Vice President Services, Solutions & Implementation, your role will support and innovate using the technologies currently in the business to optimise their performance and bring value add to the clients we serve. You will also be responsible to assess those existing technologies and identify (with business cases) from the market the best technology solutions which will allow Dexterra to meet its growth targets. In addition, your role will identify new technologies which will enable the business to provide more efficient service delivery to our clients. You will act as an advisor where required for pursuit activities to respond to business bidding activities to demonstrate the technologies used in our operations.
Your work will include:

Implement and configure our CMMS system based on the organization’s requirements.

Address user inquiries, issues, and concerns related to the CMMS system, providing timely resolution.

Customize the system to align with specific facility management processes and workflows.

Where applicable guide operations through implementation and configuration process towards set objectives for going live with new softwares/technologies.

Facilitate or complete proposal tasks as directed by the Bid Management or Operational Lead on any given pursuit.

Provide from existing softwares:

Business analysis

Business process development
-
Solution design and specification
-
Data manipulation, import and extraction

Running workshops
-
Training
-
Report building
-
Other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-
University degree or post-secondary diploma / certificate preferred.
-
5 – 10 years’ experience in Technology Support.
-
Operations Software application expertise.
-
High performer who has the ability to handle multiple or concurrent tasks as part of a team.
-
Fundamental project management experience and working within high performing small teams.
-
Ability to write, present and interface at a high level, i.e. with owners, C-level, consultants, and colleagues.

Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe DC or equivalents.
