Bilingual Technical Support (Work from home)
Job Description

· Provide Remote technical support via telephone to solve computer software/application questions and problems including and not limited to MS Windows, Internet browser, MS Office, Outlook, network printers, remote access, VPN and password resets.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot and evaluate Level 1 calls appropriately, escalate as necessary.

Skills Required

· Technical Troubleshooting in a Call Center experience

· MS Office 2010 or above experience (focused on Outlook)

· Windows and Internet Explorer

· Networking (Wired, wireless, VPN, basic server/client and domain structure principles)

· Active Directory

· Printer installs

· Telephony – Smart Phones

· Business Applications (WebEx, SharePoint, etc.)

Salary: $17-20/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour


  • Paid time off

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)


  • Troubleshooting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
