We’re looking for a Supervised Senior Therapist to join our team and make a lasting impact!The Impact You’ll Make and What We’ll Accomplish TogetherAs a Supervised Senior Therapist, you’ll be responsible for assessing, developing, and supervising ABA interventions tailored to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your expertise will directly contribute to positive, life-changing outcomes for children and their families.You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and work closely with caregivers to design programs that align with each child’s individual needs. In addition to your direct therapeutic work, you’ll oversee and mentor Instructor Therapists, ensuring high standards of service delivery and fostering professional growth within the team.What You’ll DoDesign and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans that prioritize the needs of children and families, incorporating evidence-based interventions and client preferences.Monitor and analyze program data to ensure effective treatment implementation and make necessary adjustments for enhanced outcomes.Supervise and mentor therapy teams, including Supervised Instructor Therapists and Lead Instructor Therapists, to ensure quality therapy services and foster continuous learning.Collaborate closely with Clinical Supervisors to refine treatment goals, discuss client progress, and strategize on interventions.Provide hands-on therapy, working directly with children to implement interventions while offering guidance to Junior Therapists.Conduct Functional Analyses to assess and address challenging behaviors, developing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.Engage with families regularly, providing clear and compassionate communication about the child’s progress and overall well-being.What We’re Looking forEducation: Enrolled in or graduated from a BACB-approved Master’s program.Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working with children with ASD, including 1-5 years of direct supervision experience.Certification: BCBA certified or actively working towards BCBA or RBA certification.Skills: Strong management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.Clearances: Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.Availability: Regular working schedule a minimum of 2 days/weekWhy Choose TELUS Health?In-clinic setting with 14 to 16 billable hours per week and flexible scheduling.BCBA mentorship and career development opportunities to support your professional growth.Collaborative and supportive team environment working with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists.Emphasis on trauma-informed care and client-centered services.Opportunities to contribute to community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives.Apply today and be part of a team that is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and their families while making a meaningful impact in the community!A bit about usWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
