Study Space Monitor

York University

This position provides study space monitoring and customer service duties for after hours for Scott Library including basic printer/photocopier maintenance.

High School Diploma.

No experience required.


Ability to deal calmly and courteously with the public and with difficult patrons.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic keyboard skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to move and lift objects e.g. bending, reaching when re-shelving books, pushing and pulling loaded book trucks.

Additional Notes:

Hours of work: Midnight (12:00 am) to 8:00 am at Scott Library.
