Straight Day Shift Mechanical Assembler in Etobicoke, Ontario

JOB DESCRIPTION: You will be doing mechanical assembly of Zinc batteries. There are different stages of completion of the batteries, this stage will be the mechanical aspect but will contain other types of assembly and subassembly. You will need to be open to training on how to work with apoxy and acrylic which trainers will be teaching you on once hired. You will use hand and power tools and follow blueprints to complete mechanical assembly of Zinc batteries. In addition, lifting of up to 25lbs might come up rarely.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience doing mechanical assembly

• Experience with reading blueprints

• Experience working with hand and power tools

• Experience working with Epoxy and Acrylic would be an asset

SHIFT: Choose between the two shifts –

• Sun-Wed 7am-5pm

• Wed-Sat 7am-5pm
