3D-P’s Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for providing a consistent sales-to-support experience and will play a key role in multiple functional areas of our business. The SA develops customer technical solutions – this is accomplished by working closely with the Sales Team, taking the lead on scoping and needs analysis, performing a site survey and generating a report. The report includes a technical description of the solution, development of ROM / BOM and drafting of the technical proposal for delivery to the Sales Team so that they can finalize and format into a commercial proposal document for presentation to the client.

The Solutions Architect/3D-P will provide pre-sales support to the customer and our internal Sales team and will assist with the building of pre-sales and engineering documents and specifications, and coordinate handover between functional groups (Solutions, Delivery, Sales, Customer Care) to ensure a unified and exceptional experience for our customers. Post-Sale and Deployment, the SA will also take the lead on the commissioning of the system and direct project information-gathering and dissemination to facilitate successful handover to the Sales and Customer Care teams. The SA is an evangelist of 3D-P Ideology and best practices and is the primary cultural driver within our teams and to our customers.
