Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to join a top automotive client on a contract basis. This resource will be joining the software development team specifically apart of a small team of developers working on app support. You will be maintaining, writing, and developing code for Android platforms that allows end users to automate parking, adjust drive modes, and utilize additional UX features. Responsibilities will mainly cover participating in system design, documentation, and integration to deliver a best-in-class infotainment system with the rest of the vehicle systems.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a software engineer

  • 2+ years C++ and Android development

  • DevOps background using GitHub actions ( docker, kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)

  • Strong communication skills – Soong experience

  • Android building AOSP null
