SKILLED LABOURERS

$18-$23/hr, Richmond, BC

Aerotek is hiring for skilled laborer to work in a Scaffolding Manufacturer located in Richmond, BC

Note: This site is outdoor and is not transit accessible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepping metal/scaffolding

• Shipping out scaffolding in neatly packaged boxes

• Using power/hand tools and measurements tools

• Unloading and loading trucks of shipments

• Building up scaffolding to ensure it’s safe

THIS IS A VERY LABOR-INTENSIVE ROLE **

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently

• 1-year experience working outdoors in various weather conditions

• 1-year experience in a labor-intensive role

• Good English communication

• Construction/Scaffolding/Mechanical experience is preferred but not required

Work environment:

• Industrial shop environment with 10 other workers there

• All safety PPE will be provided

• Working around scaffolding

• May have to build scaffolding very high so cannot be afraid of heights

SHIFT: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
