A client in Sherwood Park is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join their team. This role supports daily shipping, receiving, and inventory movement while operating material-handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience operating sitdown forklifts, is reliable, with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking, shipping, and receiving of goods
- Loading and unloading trucks using a counterbalance forklift
- Coordinating with couriers and arranging shipments
- Communicating with customers by phone as needed
- Maintaining accurate records using computer systems
- General warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification with minimum 2 years experience operating
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel toed boots
- Reliable and safety-conscious
Warehouse/Forklift Operator Hours & Wage
- $21.00/hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours may shift slightly as the project evolves)
