Senior Systems Administrator (IT)



Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems. Manages the research and selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Reports directly to Owners. Works independently using external resources when necessary. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the organization and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.


– Managing the entire enterprise application support for the organization, including but not limited to:

  • Active Directory
  • Domain administration
  • E-Mail/Exchange
  • SharePoint
  • SQL Server
  • SSRS and Crystal Reports
  • Office 365/Cloud Concepts
  • Domain security
  • Disaster recovery
  • Backup Policies

– Review and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems or procedures and develop strategies and recommendations for improvement where necessary

– Research, design, and implement the appropriate technologies to support and improve communications, access to information and end-user productivity

– Desktop support for local and remote users

– Vendor evaluations and maintaining existing relationships with external vendors and 3rd parties

– Assist remote locations with supporting their local sites and work stations

– Ongoing knowledge of industry best practice and methodologies relating to applications and support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year


  • 8 hour shift
