Senior Associate Hr Technology Job Detail
Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Technology within the HR Operational Excellence team, the Senior Analyst, HR Technology will play a key role in sustainment of our existing HR systems as well as implementation of future enhancements. This role will be involved in digital transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement which supports our People Strategy and key priorities.

Accountabilities:
Overall maintenance of the HR systems and actively participate in the success of new HR Technology initiatives
Support strategy to deliver new functionality, enhancements and semi-annual updates, while leveraging HR technology vendor knowledge portal to identify process improvement opportunities
Assist with business analysis to define, design, document, test, and deploy features in Workday that propose viable solutions or improved processes
Contribute to the development, documentation, training and communication of end user materials in partnership with the Adoption team, while ensuring documentation of new processes capture business and audit requirements
Propose creative and innovative approaches or solutions to non-routine and sensitive operational and tactical issues
Ability to identify issues, apply judgement to find proactive solutions within our HR systems
Evaluate current and desired functionality and system capabilities
Assist with HR system configuration and design of business processes and security
Partner with other HR users in establishing and updating of foundational and organizational structure within Workday
Proactively escalate issues/risks to appropriate team and management
Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management
Maintaining data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot first level integration issues with HR systems
Skills & Experience:
Workday experience is mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
Minimum 3+ years’ experience with Workday configuration, support, business process administration and maintenance
Knowledge and understanding of Workday modules – HCM, Security, Reporting, Compensation, Benefit, Time Tracking and Absence, Recruiting, EIB, Integration etc.
Knowledge of HR operations and continuous process improvement initiatives
Proven ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated planning and organization skills
Proven analytical skills, with high attention to details and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent project management skills
Experience maintaining data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HCM, Payroll
