As a Retail Sales Expert, you’ll be at the forefront, engaging customers with our ground-breaking new product and delivering a premium experience. We are looking for passionate sales professionals to join the team. If you are creative and determined to convert each interaction into sales, then we are looking for you.Role Details:Locations:1) 180 Smoke Vape Store, 39 Sheppard Ave East, North York, M2N 2Z8Hours: Monday-Sunday – Schedule: 5 days a week, 5 hour shifts between 12-8pmPart-time: 20-25 hrs/ weekStart Date: May 16th, 2024Scope of Responsibilities

  • Become a product champion: Master the ins and outs of our innovative product and educate customers with confidence and charisma.
  • Build lasting connections: Engage authentically with each customer, forming meaningful relationships and driving brand loyalty.
  • Be a strategic teammate: Collaborate with the team to boost store traffic, achieve sales goals, and build brand awareness.
  • Unleash your inner marketer: Utilize your network and creativity to reach new customers of legal age.
  • Embrace new challenges: Contribute to a dynamic environment within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Other duties as required

Experience and Skills Requirement

  • 1-2 years of sales and retail experience with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and sales goals.
  • Experience in premium retail with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Confident and charismatic with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • A natural storyteller with a knack for presenting and merchandising premium products.
  • A talent for sales and selling
  • Must be of legal age
