• PhD in Geology, Mineral Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supplies Science, Metallurgy a associated subject with expertise within the synthesis and characterization of biocompatible, biodegradable microparticles
• Minimal of two (2) years of postdoc expertise with demonstrated tutorial and analysis excellence
• Expertise with data in thermodynamics and kinetics, moist chemistry, and mineral characterization methods (e.g., optical/electron microscopy, mass spectroscopy, combustion C/S evaluation, X-ray diffraction, and many others.)
• Expertise with data in thermogravimetric evaluation
• Demonstrated success within the writing and preparation of manuscripts, displays, stories, and scientific abstracts for peer-reviewed journals
• Means to work independently and supervise junior researchers within the lab
