The mission is in collaboration with United Therapeutics and seeks to allow the strong, large-scale manufacturing of lung cells from patient-specific induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). The mission includes the usage of single-cell RNA-seq, DNA barcoding, reprogramming, and lung cell differentiation.
