Position Summary:
The successful candidate will support the Desautels EDI team by way of conducting research into best practices within post-secondary institutions on specific EDI topics, synthesizing collected research into summaries, completing general administrative tasks, and contributing to ongoing EDI initiatives (assisting with program proposals, analysis and assessment of existing projects, contributing to the development of metrics of success, and analyzing data collected from ongoing surveys).

Qualifications:
PhD candidate, some experience with data collection/analysis, report writing, community engagement and familiarity with EDI related issues and approaches to application. Capacity to work independently in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritize and interpret policies and procedures.
