As a Receptionist, you will be our first point of contact for visitors at STEMCELL, providing logistical and administrative support in our office at Production Way in Burnaby.

Please note this role is an 18-month MAT leave coverage.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage visitor/delivery logs
  • Answer and transfer calls and emails
  • Provide, monitor and manage access badges and parking passes
  • Order and manage office supplies and receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Support tracking tickets for the Facilities Team in JIRA

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support and/or customer service required
  • Strong computer skills (Google Suite)
  • Experience with JIRA is an asset

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$46,700.00 – $63,100.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
