Job Description:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the hospitality industry for a Receptionist position. Located in Toronto, Ontario, this role involves interacting with visitors and handling administrative tasks in a detail oriented and timely manner.Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception area, promptly addressing visitor inquiries, and ensuring an efficient and welcoming environment
  • Accurately logging visitor details and issuing visitor badges as per protocols
  • Responding to inbound telephone calls, maintaining a detail oriented demeanor and transferring calls as necessary using an up-to-date directory
  • Assisting Corporate Services with administrative tasks, including drafting routine letters and maintaining an organized filing system
  • Undertaking necessary updates to policies, procedures, and other relevant documents
  • Ensuring tracking spreadsheets are developed and maintained effectively
  • Upholding a detail oriented phone etiquette and a detail oriented manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Receptionist Duties
  • Open to working in a Part-Time Receptionist role
  • Ability to Direct Visitors to appropriate personnel or department
  • Proficient in handling Inbound Telephone Calls
  • Demonstrates a Detail Oriented Manner in all interactions
  • Possesses Detail Oriented Phone Etiquette
  • Experience working in a Corporate Headquarters or Corporate Office setting
  • Understanding of Corporate culture and protocols
  • Must maintain a Detail Oriented Demeanor at all times
