We are looking for a Product Knowledge Creator to join our Sales & Service Team, located at our head office in St. Brieux, SK. The Product Knowledge Creator will be responsible for the creation and editing of digital media and technical training documents. This individual will have the opportunity to grow their Bourgault product knowledge through working with a team to develop and edit after-sales learning tools (such as videos and operation instructions) for dealers, service technicians, and retail customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and edit digital media (modules and courses within our online Learning Management System, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Develop and edit training/instructional materials for dealers, service techs and customers
- Consult with the Sales & Service team to understand the set-up and operation of Bourgault equipment, in order to document effective instructional content
- Dependent upon knowledge and experience, this individual may also provide in-field training to dealers to ensure they are proficient with set-up and start-up of seeding systems
Qualifications:
- High level of competency with computer programs and video equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and within a team
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and systems
- Working knowledge of current farming practices, as well as Bourgault products and their operation is a strong asset
- Enjoy a hands-on work environment that supports being self-directed!
