The desired candidate must:
have completed a PhD in inorganic chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, materials chemistry or closely related fields
enjoy working in a collaborative environment with diverse colleagues from different backgrounds
have excellent oral and written communication skills (English) demonstrated by a strong track record of publications in high quality peer-reviewed journals and contributions to conferences
have a deep knowledge of coordination chemistry and experience in the characterization of materials using PXRD, TGA-DSC, IR, XPS and ICP
Previous knowledge of mechanochemistry is not required, but will be viewed as an asset.
