Adecco Professional is recruiting for an ongoing Part-Time Executive Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON for one of our clients in the non-profit space. This part-time opportunity would have you working 20 hours/week would require you to work during the business week/business hours with flexibility for after-hours events when needed. This opportunity will start on a temporary basis with the target goal to become permanent down the road – please note, this will remain a part-time career opportunity. The role will have you supporting with various needs including administration / board support, lead generation, relationship management, events coordination and more – a confident, driven and flexible professional who is happy to wear many hats is ideal.Some of the responsibilities for the Part-Time Executive Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON include, but are not limited to:Act as the main contact for all administrative and related functions for a primarily remote not-profit team and the Board.Calendaring and scheduling of appointments / meetings; liaising with various professionals and their assistants.Report and document creation, communications to members and/or prospective members.Membership services including relationship management, lead generation, research for new prospects etc.Event planning from smaller to large scale events; for both external and internal events: engaging, fun and collaborative.Coordination of catering alongside related meeting / event related preparations.General administration, clerical and project related tasks as needed.Some of the qualifications for the Part-Time Executive Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:An administrative professional who takes ownership in their role and passionate about making a positive impact for the team and members.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; additional language skills in French or German or Italian a strong asset.Strong and dynamic interpersonal skills; outgoing personality.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and take initiative to help support the team and drive membership.Highly organized with a highly detailed focus and strong follow up/follow through skills.Advanced skills in MS Office tools.Flexible, confident and positive – a ‘no job too big or small’ and a ‘fun’ attitude.Our client is hoping to have someone join their dynamic team soon so if you are looking for a career, part-time Executive Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON, please apply today.
