We’re actively hiring for a part time contract role in downtown Toronto! $25/hour, starting ASAP!Agilus is recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Payable Coordinator in the mining sector in Toronto, Ontario. We’re looking for an AP Coordinator to join a finance team part time in Toronto. Perfect person for this role is organized, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Managing the AP inbox and answering all inquiries and follow ups, managing prioritizations
• Confirming outstanding invoices
• Tracking all inquiries, payments, and follow ups in an Excel spreadsheet
• Working closely with the AP Supervisor and Finance Manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Post-secondary in a relevant field preferred
• Experience managing an AP inbox and working with vendors
• Intermediate Excel experience (VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
• Available Monday to Friday for part time hours

Soft skills:

• Organized, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking
• Available to work full time in the office
• Strong communication skills

What’s in it for you:

• $25.00 – $32.00 hourly
• Location: downtown Toronto
• Contract until December 31, 2025
• Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 5 days in-office
