This position requires maintaining safety standards, operating equipment, and delivering excellent customer service.Job Type: Part-Time PermanentWork Location: 2900 Steeles Avenue West, Concord, ON L4K 3S2, CanadaWorkdays: Monday through Friday (Candidates must be available to work all five days, with a minimum commitment of 25 hours per week.)Shift: 4:00 AM to10:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 11:30 PMWage: $17.75/hr.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load, unload, scan, sort, and stock packages efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Assist customers with shipping needs and offer effective solutions
• Operate equipment, software, and tools while training others as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other assigned tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift 40 lbs./18 kgs unassisted
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Adobe Suites
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Pay rate: $17.75/hr. With annual performance increases
