The Gardiner Museum is seeking outgoing, professional and customer service-oriented individuals to support the museum’s day-to-day operations in the role of Operations Associates. Candidates will play an integral role in three areas of responsibility at the museum: the Admissions Desk, Gift Shop, and Special Exhibition Gallery. Reporting to the Manager, Visitor Services, candidates will be assigned to one area of responsibility each shift.From greeting people who enter the museum at the Front Desk, to handling unique objects from top local artists in our Gardiner Shop and supervising the Gardiner’s extensive collections and exhibitions in our gallery, ideal candidates will be an enthusiastic and integral part of the museum’s customer service operations. Candidates will be willing to learn new skills and are able to adapt to unique situations that may arise throughout the museum.
