Hiring Unit:
Department of Psychology (Professor Sarah Rachine)
Position Summary:

  • Scheduling, organizing, and leading regular meetings and training sessions
  • Overseeing students and volunteers on a variety of hardware and software systems
  • Acting as a liaison between the supervisor and other team members
  • Managing paperwork and collating information
  • Assisting with expense reports and budgets
  • Acting as the main contact when problems arise during various events

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS), Qualtrics, and Brain Vision Analyzer hardware/software. Experience and education: Bachelor’s degree; psychology coursework

“Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # 4 (qualifier) on a scale of 0-4.”
