OCT certified Science (Physics & Biology) Teacher

Inception School is currently seeking engaging and professional Biology and Physics teachers to teach in-person, full-time/part-time (Mon-Fri).

Job Descriptions:

• Preparation of daily lesson plans, course outline, unit plans; preparation and presentation of classes, labs, and fieldwork;
• · Support and supervision of students; preparation and correction of examinations;
• · Tracking attendance, assigning homework, grading assignments, giving feedback, and communicating effectively with students at all levels;
• · Participation in departmental meetings and required professional activities and deadlines;
• · On-going Assessment and Evaluation according to Growing Success;
• · Regular classroom duty;
• · Extra-curricular participation;
• Requirements & Qualifications
• · Energetic, patient, and an expert at communicating with international students;
• · Self-motivated and organized;
• · Effective team-working skills;
• · Strong written and oral communication skills;
• · Fluency in English, both oral and written is required;
• · Professional with attention to detail.
• · Apt in technical skills with educational software to deliver classes smoothly and creatively

Education and experience

• · Bachelor degree in Education or related field;
• · OCT certified (or eligible to become OCT);
• · Experience working in a secondary school setting;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
