We are in our next stage of our strategic growth and we are looking for a bright and focused individual to join our team. The incumbent will also be working on affiliate company operations of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company operations with locations in Mississauga ON, Calgary AB, and Columbus Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Network & System Administrator, to manage systems and features as well as modify, & build existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes. You will work on a variety of tasks related to Active Directory, Exchange, Server and Cloud management, and Network Security, as well as some day to day basic support, such as Office 365 or desktop type items (for example).

What You Will Be Doing

· Oversee the performance, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of networks and infrastructure

· Research, plan, and manage system upgrades and refreshes

· Improve security, efficiency, and reliability of the networks by implementing industry best practice designs and configuration

· Support and troubleshoot network hardware and firmware (physical and virtual)

· Perform network administration tasks related to firewalls, routers/switches, APs, VPNs, and network security

· Monitor networks for alerts and taking actions to resolve as appropriate.

· Administering user access, roles, and permissions.

· Develop and implement security policies and standards.

· Managing the corporate firewall and load balancers

About You

· Possess 3 or more years of experience in administrating local and cloud networks

· Have 3 or more years working with Azure and Hyper-V environments

· Experience maintaining web servers (IIS) and database servers (MS SQL)

· Knowledge of working with DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, SSL Certificates

· Experience creating and implementing security and data policies.

· Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and responsiveness in completing tasks

· Have a degree in Computer Science or related certificates with extensive experience

· Experience administrating Office 365 (AD, Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint, MS Applications)

· Service oriented and good interpersonal skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work both independently or in a team where necessary

· Holds Azure Certifications

· Holds CompTIA certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 per year
