Network Analyst in Scarborough, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Network Analyst to join one of our top banking clients for a 12-month contract (with the intention of fulltime conversion). You will be joining the Network Operations Center team within the bank’s Operations Command Center to provide L1.5 support for the bank’s branches, towers, main offices, and data centers. Within a team of 22 members, you will be paired with at least 2 peers on each shift to resolve networking issues and engage the next level of support if needed, reporting all incidents within ServiceNow. Success in this role requires knowledge of and experience with CISCO and SD-WAN, with ACI experience being a strong asset.

This team has rotating shift work to ensure 24/7 support. After 3 weeks of day shift training (9am-5pm hours), you will either work consistent night shifts (10pm-7am) or have rotational shift work, meaning day shifts (9am-5pm); evening shifts (3pm-11pm); night shifts (10pm-7am); and weekend shifts (2x in 5 weeks). Per week, you will be scheduled for 3-4 shifts, with likely 1 of those shifts being fully remote.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Analyst

• Extensive CISCO experience

• Strong understanding of SD-WAN

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly – Experience with CISCO ACI

• ServiceNow experience null
