Lead Qualifier

Position Overview

Terra Insights is seeking a Lead Qualifier to become part of their fast-growing commercial team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment that works with many departments, this could be a fit for you. This essential role supports the marketing and sales function to qualify and convert inbound marketing leads to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new business by responding to all inbound leads and determine whether the lead is a viable match based on a pre-established set of criteria
  • Generate qualified leads from current sources such as web and generated lists – Outbound calling to follow up on older prospects informing them of new products and gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle.
  • Provide sufficient follow-up via phone and email
  • Data entry of new leads
  • Create new accounts and assign tasks using Salesforce
  • Submit Daily and weekly productivity reports.
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years experience with client/customer service.
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering, or Civil Technology would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in marketing, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software
  • Experience in Salesforce considered an asset
  • Experience in Pardot considered an asset
  • Experience in Epicor considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
