Position Summary
The IT Specialist provides day-to-day information technology support to all users within the company for their computer, phones, cell and printer needs, issues and/or questions.
Specific Accountabilities
- Answer IT support phone line and assist employees
- Manage ticket queue for employee requests
- Perform computer, printer, phone and networking setups
- Set up of new computers for employees
- Provide training as required on computer systems
- Hardware upgrades as required for computers and cell phones
- Telecom Administration
– IPhone setup/troubleshooting
– Review monthly reports, distribute them and request credits where applicable
– Ensure accounts are provisioned correctly
– Complete orders and activations for cell phones
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
Requires the completion of Bachelors or a level 2&3 college diploma in Information Technology. Previous work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role is required.
Competencies and Skills
- Ability to work as an independently as well as in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proven ability to multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
