Position Summary

The IT Specialist provides day-to-day information technology support to all users within the company for their computer, phones, cell and printer needs, issues and/or questions.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Answer IT support phone line and assist employees
  • Manage ticket queue for employee requests
  • Perform computer, printer, phone and networking setups
  • Set up of new computers for employees
  • Provide training as required on computer systems
  • Hardware upgrades as required for computers and cell phones
  • Telecom Administration

– IPhone setup/troubleshooting
– Review monthly reports, distribute them and request credits where applicable
– Ensure accounts are provisioned correctly
– Complete orders and activations for cell phones


Education & Work Experience

Requires the completion of Bachelors or a level 2&3 college diploma in Information Technology. Previous work experience of 2-3 years in a similar role is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required


  • Monday to Friday


  • IT Support and Troubleshooting: 2 years (preferred)
  • Help desk: 2 years (preferred)
  • customer service: 3 years (preferred)
