· Manage time efficiently in order to meet competing deadlines on multiple projects

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

· Experience working on LMIA, work permit, student permit, PNP, Express Entry, Spousal Sponsorship, and all other relevant Immigration applications.

· Pleasant and professional in all settings

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Order office supplies and maintain inventory

· Fluent in English & Punjabi
