Qualifications

• Heavy-Duty Truck and Transport Journeyman Certificate.
• Applicants with 5+ years of related experience will still be considered.
• Understanding of electronic engine diagnostics considered an asset
• Alberta CVIP inspection certificate considered and asset (if not the company will assist in acquiring Certificate)
• Understanding of Complete in-frame and out of frame Engine overhauls.
• Understanding of Transmissions, differentials, drive train, brakes, electrical systems and suspension systems
• Willingness to operate Service Truck for field service calls.
• Valid drivers License

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Comply with Safety & Health regulations in the workplace
• Maintain required tools for the job
• Preform engine overhauls as per shop procedures
• Perform brake, safety, and PM inspections
• Perform truck and trailer defect repairs
• Complete work orders
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks and inspections

Salary: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
