BIEN 500- Special Topics in Bioengineering
The grader is responsible for grading assessments, posting grades, and returning assessments to students. Assessments include, but are not limited to, quizzes, exams, and presentations.
This course will educate the class more in depth towards the extension of systematic design methodologies (conceptualization, design, development, testing and failure modes analysis) for medical technologies. A new and important material coverage will focus on the important phases for systematic design and medical business perspective. Concepts and framework of ideation and conceptualization will be refined to incorporate the complexities that define the medical technology industry. Next, under the same theme, design, development and verification processes will be exemplified thought real examples.
