Job Abstract
Positions on this classification oversee the operation of a single meals companies unit and/or help within the operation of a fancy meals companies unit(s) supervising meals service employees, collaborating in meals service work and dealing with associated administrative duties.
Organizational Standing
Studies to unit Supervisor / Senior Supervisor.
Work Carried out
Supervises the workload of as much as 15 meals service employees, guaranteeing staff meet UBC Meals Companies customer support requirements.
Trains meals service employees, following up to make sure an understanding of the fabric coated.
Assists with and recommends scheduling choices to the unit supervisor.
Orders meals provides required for daily operations.

Suggests and implements unit promotions together with processing and delivering of You-Care packages.
Ensures all kitchen gear and level of sale techniques are in working order; experiences and follows up on upkeep as required.
Contacts staff for protection of final minute vacancies of shifts.
Carries out some other associated duties as required in line with the {qualifications} and necessities of positions on this classification.
