Job Abstract
Positions on this classification oversee the operation of a single meals companies unit and/or help within the operation of a posh meals companies unit(s) supervising meals service employees, taking part in meals service work and dealing with associated administrative duties.

Work Carried out
1. Supervises the workload of meals service employees, guaranteeing staff meet UBC Meals Companies customer support requirements.

14. Ensures all kitchen tools and level of sale programs are in working order; studies and follows up on upkeep as required.
15. Contacts staff for protection of final minute vacancies of shifts.
