The role and what we are looking for
The Finance Transformation Manager role will provide initial coverage for an internal secondment ensuring the financial integrity and production of the statutory and management reporting obligations of the Capricorn Mutual Limited Group, including its foreign subsidiaries. The role will also lead a number of key financial transformational projects for the CML business including Anaplan implementation, IFRS17 and reconciliation automation.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Ownership of the monthly management reporting – including providing insights into business performance
Preparation of the Bi-monthly Board reporting (finance sections)
Delivery of the annual budget and half yearly forecast
Treasury and cash management function.
We’re also looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Sound understanding of Insurance Accounting Standards and implementation of new standards;
Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
Experience with relevant accounting software;
Advanced skills in the use of MS Office suite;
