Field Service Technician in Toronto, Ontario

At Kelly, we are currently recruiting Field Service Technicians to support our IMAC Business. As a Field Technician, you will support our many clients with their hardware, networking and troubleshooting needs on sporadic shifts or projects based. We will work with you to determine your schedule and availability.

Does this sound like you?

• 2+ years of hardware, networking, troubleshooting experience; in-field experience will be considered an asset

• 1+ year of proven customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization and time management capabilities

• You are A+ certified or have experience

• You have a personal basic tool kit and a cell phone

• You have a vehicle and a driver’s license

What will you be doing?

• Installation of new hardware

• Moving existing hardware

• Add to existing units be installing additional hardware

• Changing systems, upgrading hardware, troubleshooting existing hardware

• Performing deskside support at a customer location

• Performing break fix tasks when issues occur

• Performing hands and eyes support for server issues

• Assisting customers with moving users from location to another

• Working on larger projects doing refreshes of PC’s laptops and servers

• Installing printers, configuring printers
