Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain studios, lobby, changing rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenette daily, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, taking out trash, restocking supplies and organising common areas.
- Perform weekly and monthly deep-cleaning tasks such as sanitising equipment, watering plants, changing filters, and coordinating laundry.
- Greet and assist renters, answer rental inquiries, and manage last-minute bookings.
- Liaise with monthly renters regarding scheduling and billing.
- Track class attendance, upload rehearsal videos, and communicate with teachers as needed.
- Monitor and communicate building policies, review security footage, and address unpaid balances with renters and families.
- Notify supervisors of low supplies and coordinate annual facility tasks as required.
