We’re new parents looking for experienced, dependable support to help care for our almost three-month-old and assist with maintaining our home. The most important qualities we’re looking for are patience, kindness, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without needing ongoing direction. In addition to caring for our newborn, we are also supporting my wife’s 89-year-old father, who has Alzheimer’s, while both working full-time-so reliability and initiative are especially important.
