We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Support Staff to assist with hosting esports tournaments and themed events for National Esports Tournament (NEST). This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about gaming and event management.Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup and Breakdown:

• Prepare venues or online platforms by setting up equipment, decorations, and branding materials.
• Ensure all resources are in place before the event and efficiently pack up afterward.
• Event Operations:

• Assist with ticket sales, checking in attendees, and maintaining guest lists.
• Take attendance and provide coat-checking services when required.
• Support event logistics, ensuring smooth transitions between activities.
• Participant and Guest Assistance:

• Help attendees navigate the event, providing information about schedules, rules, and facilities.
• Offer technical support, such as troubleshooting gaming setups or event technology.
• Customer Service:

• Engage with attendees to answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Collect feedback from participants to improve future events.

Qualifications:

• Passion for esports, gaming, or event management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Availability to work evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
• Basic technical skills (e.g., setting up gaming consoles, projectors, or AV equipment) are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities (As Needed):

• Attendance tracking and managing ticket sales.
• Coat checking and ensuring attendees’ belongings are handled securely.
• Supporting the event host in maintaining a professional and enjoyable atmosphere.
