Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Director of Media Strategy and Optimization to join our client in the programmatic advertising digital agency space. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10-years’ experience within marketing, the majority of that experience coming within programmatic advertising in an agency environment. Within the role, you’ll be responsible for strategic leadership of the organization, process creation and optimization, team development, campaign management, optimization and growth and reporting analytics. While the successful candidate will not be working in platform, they should have prior experience working hands-on with technologies such as DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics and Google/Meta ads.

Skills and Requirements

  • 10-years’ experience working within digital marketing, preferably within programmatic advertising

  • 4+ years of leadership experience overseeing teams of 10+ resources

  • Strong strategic leadership experience setting goals and plans to drive business growth across an organization

  • Prior hands-on experience working in platform with tools such as DV360, CM360 and SA360

  • Experience working within Google Analytics (GA4), Google ads and Meta ads – Experience managing multiple departments null
