What We Need

NetBrain is looking for a Director of Network Architect Team in a brand new and highly impactful role for our rapidly growing company. We need a proven leader whose background is a combination of high technical aptitude in the networking domain with a desire to be hands-on, and an aptitude to automate everything.

In this remote role, you will oversee a global team of Network Automation Architects whose mission is to work with our largest enterprise customers, automating problem diagnosis and outage prevention with No-Code Automation. NetBrain is the leader in Network Automation which is a multi-billion dollar market with a 20%+ growth year over year. One-third of the Fortune 500 companies are NetBrain’s customer.

  • Provide thought leadership in how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs

  • Create and implement strategies on how your team can maximize their impact on our customers’ ability to expand their automation capabilities using NetBrain.

  • Develop, execute, and improve on automation playbooks on use cases, and problems that can be resolved by no-code automations.

  • Manage a team to train, lead, and enable customers on their automation journey

  • Your team will:

  • Lead customers in identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data

  • Analyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions

  • Create integration architectures to maximize customer’s usage of existing tools and workflows

  • Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain’s no-code automation

  • CCIE, or JNCIE, or equivalent network certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)

  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization, Network Automation, Network Architect

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience in a Network Operations or Service Delivery environment

  • In-depth knowledge with network protocol packet frame structure and multi-vendor technologies
